Nuova Idea is a social cooperative which is active in Abano Terme since 1993. The Cooperative manages rehabilitative services for people with disabilities and for people with psychiatric issues, in collaboration with the Public Service of Padova and with the municipality of Abano Terme.
The aims of these services are: rehabilitation, personal care and education. This is possible thanks to personalized programs in Community Centers and in residential centers; there are three assisted living facilities, one protected apartment, one independent apartment and two Community Centers.
Support the social integration is the Cooperative's goal. To achieve this goalm it is primary to work on the connection with the territory organizations. Nuova Idea operates in a network with the area's voluntary organizations
